2.1 You may, without further permission:

• (a) view this website and store pages in your browser cache in the ordinary course of browsing;
• (b) print or download individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use or for your organisation's internal business reference, provided copyright and source notices are retained;
• (c) share links to pages of this website; and
• (d) make any use permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), including fair dealing for research, study, criticism, review or news reporting, with proper attribution.

2.2 You must not, without our prior written consent:

• (a) reproduce, republish, distribute, communicate or make available any substantial part of this website's content for commercial purposes;
• (b) modify content or remove any copyright, trade mark or attribution notice;

3. Licence requests

To request permission to reproduce or otherwise use our content, contact us at info@caqa.com.au with: a description of the content (including its URL); the proposed use, audience and duration; and your name and organisation. We aim to respond within 10 business days. Permission, where granted, will be in writing and may be subject to conditions or fees.

4. Third-party materials and attribution

4.1 Some content on this website is used under licence from third parties — for example stock photography and video, icon sets, open-source fonts and libraries, and embedded content (such as YouTube videos and maps) which remains the property of its respective owners.

4.2 Third-party materials are used in accordance with their licence terms, and attribution is provided where required by those terms. Nothing in this notice grants you any rights in third-party materials; permission for their reuse must be sought from the relevant owner.

5. Copyright complaints and takedown procedure

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and respond to legitimate infringement notices, including notices in the style of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

5.1 How to notify us. If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright contact:

5.2 Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; the URL and description of the material you say infringes it; your name, address, email and phone number; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; a statement, made with knowledge that false claims may attract legal liability, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

5.3 What we will do. We will acknowledge valid notices within 2 business days, investigate, and — where the claim appears well-founded — remove or disable access to the material promptly, generally within 10 business days. We may notify the person who posted or supplied the material and give them an opportunity to respond or file a counter-notice. We will inform you of the outcome.

5.4 Misrepresenting that material is infringing may expose you to liability. Nothing in this procedure limits any party's rights under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) or other applicable law.

This notice is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Our Website Terms of Use (including their dispute-resolution clause) apply to any dispute concerning this notice.
